So... I have been horrible at keeping up on the BLOG lately.
We have really been up to... nothing. Life is just happening. I get busy doing other things, like grocery runs, target (too much), cleaning, chasing around Adelaide, and hanging out with my husband.
We have been to the Temple. Not as much as we would like, but we did sealings then helped out with the youth baptism trip.
We cleaned out our 3rd bedroom. It was time. It is just a dump for all our extra stuff.
Addie has a tooth. Enough said. (Teething is the worst thing in the world.)
Addie likes to eat EVERYTHING!!! I found a puffy dandelion in her mouth yesterday before she swallowed. Disgusting. But... She can feed herself her snacks.
Addie crawls into the smallest, tunnel-like places that she can find. My next purchase for her is going to be a large pipe that she can crawl back and forth through.
I am going to plant my garden on Saturday.
Mitchel got home from school today. We picked him up from the airport today. I will say that I was probably a bit short with my dad who was very very excited to see his son. So, I do feel bad about that, but it was good to see them embrace. When we got home, my mom cried when she hugged him. In all the years that I was at college and came and went, I never had that kind of reception. Oh well. I know my parents love me. It is so good to see him. We have been hanging out and just catching up. Addie is unsure about him... It won't last long.
I am looking forward to my BIRTHDAY! I will be 23. I know that isn't old, I know this, but I feel like 23 actually means that I am growing up. I mean, getting married, buying a house and a car, having a baby, being a stay-at-home mom... none of those really clued me into it, but turning 23 makes me feel like I am actually getting older.
We didn't make it up to the ski hill as much as we would have liked this winter. I went 4 times. That's ok because each time it was pretty good snow. So, I'll take it. Next winter better have more snow for me or I am going to start convincing Mike that we need to move somewhere with more snow (Idaho maybe?)
But life is so good for us. We are getting things done that we want to get done right now. We are healthy, we are happy. Adelaide keeps us on our toes. She is the joy of our life.
